Posisi :
Continuous Improvement Manager
- Bachelor's Degree (10-15 years); Lean Six Sigma Certified Green/ Black Belt
- Lean Six Sigma experience.
- Lead and managed CI initiatives.
- Lead team of various business sections.
- Knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies, Six Sigma -Basic statistical analysis.
- People oriented and passionate for change
- Candidates who exhibit elements of patience and wanting to know more
- Those who have shown strong character of challenging status quo
Contractor Safety Manager
- Minimum 5 years related experience in Construction or Project Safety Management, auditing and compliance. Deep knowledge in contractor management strategies and/or ability to achieve this knowledge level within 12 months.
- Minimum of 3 years working directly in the project environment ideally in remote locations. This experience must include a supervisory role (directly responsible for people leadership)
- Ideally candidate has degree in relevant Engineering or EHS technical fields and experiences in project environment.
- Candidate must have English and Bahasa Indonesia language proficiency in writing, reading and speaking
- Candidate must be able to present themselves well across the organization from the EHS Lead, Engineering Director, GM to labor and externally to government officials.
